These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the MyTrueCompass platform — including all assessments, Accountability tools, Consul services, and related content — operated by ContraMinds Labs ("ContraMinds", "we", "us", or "our").
By creating an account or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Platform.
MyTrueCompass is a Career Intelligence platform that delivers behavioural diagnostic assessments, structured Accountability systems, and human interpretation sessions (Consul) built on the Invisible Curriculum — a seven-domain framework of the capabilities that determine professional ceilings.
The Platform is intended for Indian professionals aged 18 and above who are seeking structured, evidence-based insight into their professional patterns. It is not a counselling, therapy, medical, or legal service.
To access most features, you must create an account with an accurate email address. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your credentials and for all activity under your account. Notify us immediately at support@contraminds.in if you suspect unauthorised access.
One account per person. You may not create accounts on behalf of others without their explicit consent, or share your account credentials.
A one-time purchase granting permanent access to all eight structured assessments and your CI Profile. The Diagnosis does not include Accountability or Consul features.
An annual subscription providing The Diagnosis plus Accountability tools, pattern-tagged goals, weekly behavioural review, 90-day diagnostic cycles, and Consul Group Sessions. Billed annually at ₹24,999 (exclusive of GST).
An annual subscription providing everything in The Practice plus two 1:1 Consul Debrief Sessions per year with a human practitioner. Billed annually at ₹44,999 (exclusive of GST).
Consul Group Sessions (₹4,999 per session) and 1:1 Debrief Sessions (₹14,999 per session) may be purchased individually, exclusive of GST. Session availability is subject to scheduling and practitioner capacity.
All prices displayed are exclusive of 18% GST, which will be added at checkout. Prices are in Indian Rupees (₹) and are subject to change with 30 days' notice to active subscribers.
Payments are processed securely via Razorpay. Annual subscriptions do not auto-renew without your explicit confirmation. You will receive a renewal reminder at least 14 days before your subscription lapses. Failure to renew will result in loss of access to subscription-only features; your diagnostic data remains accessible.
The Diagnosis: If you complete all eight assessments and find the CI Profile output does not give you meaningful clarity, contact us within 7 days of completion for a full refund. We will review your request on a case-by-case basis.
Subscriptions (The Practice / The Edge): Annual subscription fees are non-refundable except where required by applicable law.
Consul Sessions: Sessions cancelled at least 48 hours in advance are eligible for a full credit toward a future session. Cancellations within 48 hours or no-shows are non-refundable.

All content on the Platform — including the Invisible Curriculum framework, assessment questions, synthesis methodology, visual design, and written content — is owned by or licensed to ContraMinds Labs and protected by applicable intellectual property law.
Your CI Profile, assessment responses, and Accountability entries remain your data. You grant ContraMinds a limited licence to process this data for the purposes described in our Privacy Policy.
Consul sessions are professional interpretation sessions, not therapy, coaching, counselling, or medical advice. Practitioners are experienced professionals who interpret your diagnostic data; they are not licensed therapists or medical practitioners. Any action you take based on a Consul session is solely your own responsibility.
You authorise us to share your full CI Profile and diagnostic data with your assigned practitioner upon booking confirmation. This sharing is limited to the session purpose and governed by our Privacy Policy.
Certain features — including CI Profile synthesis and pattern tagging — are powered by AI. AI outputs are provided as analytical tools to surface patterns in your responses. They do not constitute professional career advice, psychological assessment, or any form of regulated service. We make no warranty regarding the accuracy, completeness, or fitness of AI-generated outputs for any particular purpose.
The Platform is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses.
To the maximum extent permitted by Indian law, ContraMinds Labs shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Platform, including loss of data, loss of revenue, or missed career opportunities. Our aggregate liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
You may close your account at any time by contacting support@contraminds.in. We may suspend or terminate your account without notice if you materially breach these Terms, or with 14 days' notice for any other reason.
On termination, your access to subscription features ceases. Your diagnostic data is retained for 24 months per our Privacy Policy, after which it is deleted.
We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you by email or in-Platform notice at least 15 days before material changes take effect. Continued use after that date constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Bengaluru, Karnataka. We encourage you to contact us first — most issues can be resolved quickly and informally.
